First attempt is made within 24 hours of accepted service.

All subsequent attempts are completed within the next 72 hours.

Diligent investigative measures are taken if the servee is not located at the provided address.

Commercial Registered Agent-Service of Process $45.00 to $60.00

A Commercial Registered Agent in Texas is a business entity specifically designated to receive legal documents and official correspondence on behalf of companies, organizations, or individuals. Unlike a standard registered agent, a Commercial Registered Agent operates as a professional service, maintaining a set business address with regular business hours to ensure legal notices, lawsuits, and government filings are received promptly and reliably.

All other Registered Agents will be treated as a Regular or Rush Service of Process.

·         1 – 5 Legal Documents → $60.00 per document

·         6 – 10 Legal Documents → $55.00 per document

·         11 – 15 Legal Documents → $50.00 per document

·         16+ Legal Documents → $45.00 per document

If the first attempt is unsuccessful, our team will take extra steps to confirm the subject's presence:

  • License plate checks to verify vehicle ownership.

  • Skip tracing to gather updated contact details.

  • Property record review to verify residence status.

  • Neighbors will be attempted, if possible.

5. Address Verification & Client Communication

  • If the address is determined to be incorrect or outdated, we will immediately notify the client and discuss the next steps.

6. Alternative Service (If Required)

  • If alternative service is necessary, the final trip to complete service will be included at no additional charge.
